Is this the start of labour

Hiya please would appreciate any experiences as I've never been in labour. This is my 3rd pregnancy, with the other 2 I was induced. One was successful and other c sec. I'm being induced on the 17th but from yesterday I been loosing my mucus plug and had a little blood (looked old), since than down there is so tense, lower back hurts and I've just been to the toilet.? My midwife said I should keep an eye out and if any concerns go to delivery suite to be examined, as I may already be dilated. Any experiences will be much appreciated x thank you

No answer but good luck and keep the thread posted! I'm 38+3 with number 2 and had an induction with number 1 so also not sure what spontaneous labour feels like!

It sounds like it, it could still be hours or days until labour starts but you can get checked out now. Best of luck x

Thanks guy. Still intense down there and losing a bit more plug when I wipe. Also having a few tummy tightness, maybe (Braxton Hicks). Just been resting. Will keep an eye out, may head to suite tomorrow
