Hi all. I've seen threads about this but I'm not certain I'm getting the answers I need 🤷🏻‍♀️

I believe im 7 weeks and 1 day (give or take a day) the last few weeks I've felt very very light nausea for small amounts in the day, tiredness, lots of bloating, sore boobs and nipples and needing to pee more.

Then yesterday it's like it's all gone and I feel ... nothing except sore boobs (slightly) I've had very light spotting on and off (once when wiping every other day ish) yesterday I had light spotting when wiping (light pink and tiny trace of red then later on I had a clump of CM with brown in... then nothing again).

I guess I'm wondering if anyone else was at 7 weeks but basically no symptoms now? Crazy..... what id give to feel nausea.

I contacted GP who said "wait and see!" My midwifery team won't make contact until im at least 10 weeks and I've been told then unless im bleeding red and have cramps there's nothing to be done?

I have an early internal scan booked for 8 weeks (next Saturday) but I don't know how I'll get through until then!

Anyone else had lack of or fading symptoms and been OK? Anything more I can do?

Thank you all! (Also.... I found out I was pregnant the morning of my first IVF consultation!!!!)

Hello! The killer thing with symptoms is that whether you have them or you don't and whether they come or go basically tells you very little! Coming and going is normal, having symptoms is never a bad sign but symptoms can still continue with a MMC, symptoms going away is common and there are lots of people who lost their symptoms (permanently or temporarily) at the stage you're at and had a totally healthy pregnancy. It's infuriating and not great for our mental health (I'm 8 weeks and also had a loss of symptoms for a few days at a time but with a perfect early scan a week or so ago).

Upshot is, it's crazy making but unless you have a midwife follow you around with an ultrasound scanner who checks in whenever we get stressed, we can't tell anything definitive by the presence or absence of symptoms. We've just got to try not to drive ourselves too crazy!
