Moderna Booster pregnant

Hi all!

Just wondered who else is out there pregnant having had the Moderna booster?
I've read everywhere Moderna is safe and that this and Pfizer are recommended for pregnant women. Midwife said booster recommended & people at vaccination centre said Moderna is absolutely fine whilst pregnant as not a live vaccine, the same as Pfizer. Just a bit worried atm as most seem to have had Pfizer. Who's had Moderna booster pregnant?! (Had Pfizer vaccinations prior to being pregnant) Xx

I had Pfizer first and second and moderna booster 3 weeks ago when I had just found out I was about 4.5 weeks pregnant. I felt really tired the next day and a few days after I had a red patch at the injection site, I feel fine.

I did a couple of weeks ago. 2 days after I found out I was pregnant. No side effects apart from a sore arm.

I had it before Christmas. Very sore arm the day after and strangely a bit of an achy arm a week later but nothing major. Did manage to get a cold straight after though - must have been a shock to my system even leaving the house to get the jab!

I was about 14 weeks pregnant

I've just had the moderna booster this week and I'm 23 weeks pregnant. I took paracetamol before and then before bed and I felt surprisingly fine the next day! I always get my appointments later so I can try and sleep off the side effects!

I had Moderna at 14wks and was fine. No temp or anything, arm was sore and felt tired the next day but felt better than I did after the Pfizer jabs.

I had at about 19/20 weeks, had a bad headache from which I didn’t suffer with on my first two jabs but with painkillers it was manageable and only lasted a few days. My arm was actually better than the other two times though so strange!

I had moderna booster at 37 weeks

No side effects other than a sore arm for 2 days

DS born happy and healthy a few weeks later Smile

Three weeks ago here after AZ for the first two. Absolutely fine. The woman doing it was exasperated with the leaflet advising pregnant women to tell her. “I don’t need to know, it’s perfectly safe”.

I had moderna at 20 weeks pregnant (after 2 initial Pfizer) and all was fine. I felt a bit run down and tired for about 24 hours. I had my scan a few days later and all good with the baby. I’m very glad I had it as a few days later my son caught Covid. I tested positive on lateral flow but had nothing more than a sore throat and mild headache.

I had the Moderna booster three weeks ago at 6 weeks pregnant. I’d previously had two AZ jabs, which were awful. Just a sore arm and very tired after the booster - but of course the tiredness could also just have been pregnancy.

I had Moderna this week as my booster at 13 weeks pregnant. Sore arm first day, felt quite rotten yesterday and feeling much better today. Happened to have baby scan yesterday and all was well.

I had 2 Pfizer and then Moderna booster at 36 weeks. I felt a bit fluey with all of them but that’s nothing to do with being pregnant! All fine x

I had AZ before pregnancy, and at 6 weeks pregnant. I had a Moderna booster at 26 weeks pregnant, with no problems at all.
