Diarrhea in pregnancy

Has anyone had diarrhea while pregnant, what did you take? I'm currently 27 weeks

Don't think there's much you can do except keep up your fluids

I had it for around 3 days when i was 25 weeks. Midwife just said keep up with fluids and eat bland dry food. If it lasts for than a week to contact GP. Im 30 weeks now.
