Covid booster - pregnancy

I'm very much for getting vaccinated and boosted, I'm from a science background and this thread is in no way to speak worry about getting jabbed. Other than being advised to get it, there isn't a whole load of data out there regarding pregnant women getting the booster as clinical trials on this are unethical..
Anyway, I have never had any reaction to the first two vaccines. I'm 16 weeks and 4 days pregnant and got my booster this week and got this interesting redness.. which is still there three days on. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I'm off to see the Dr today so it will be interesting to see what they say, perhaps our bodies become over sensitive to foreign bodies when preggers?

I had mine on Wednesday (at 20+2) and nothing like this, but redness at the injection site is listed as a common side effect. I think you could be right about bodies becoming more sensitive when pregnant though!

Def show your Dr, but redness at the injection site is quite common for a lot of jabs. My son had a reaction like this to one of his 1 year jabs.

This looks like a perfectly common injection site reaction. It'll go down quickly.

I got a red patch like this from my flu jab, it lasted for about 2 weeks, really hot, sore and came out in a big lump but didnt have it with either of the covid jabs. Got booster tomorrow though.
