Boy💙 nub is sticking up and not down. Mine was the same with my first son. He's currently 4 and I'm 23 weeks pregnant with my second. My first scan looked just like yours at 13 weeks. Had another scan at 14 weeks for gender and they confirmed he was infact a boy, still didn't buy anything though untill my 20 week scan just to be triple sure he was defiantly a boy and he is, congratulations
