Just curious as to what everyone's eating habits are like during the third trimester? I am currently 33+1 and can literally go from one extreme to the other!
Yesterday for example, I was busy around the house all day so only ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast and my advent calendar choc (yes I am 26 and still get an advent calendar from my mum every year.. who doesn't!). Didn't eat anything other than that until about 6:30/7 at night when we had dinner and was absolutely fine all day - no nausea, no hunger, nothing. BUT then I demolished the whole plate of dinner and all I could think about for the rest of the evening was more food.
And today, it's only 3 o clock and pretty sure I have already doubled my recommend calorie intake, and getting hunger pangs every 30 minutes... even after eating something. When I am feeling hungry I feel sick, start to get a headache etc. I am drinking plenty of water but it doesn't help.
Please tell me I am not the only one that wants to demolish the entire contents of their fridge at the moment...
