Coping with increasing weakness, exhaustion and headaches

I am nearly 12 weeks and in the last week I have been off sick from work, I'm trying to get signed off until next Sunday.
I have been getting worse on and off in the last few days with my exhaustion, very weak and headaches constantly. I'm trying to eat, but still nauseaus, and I'm gluten free.
I can barely walk round my house without getting shaky.

I have hypothyroidism and have always struggled with fatigue but this feels different.

Anyone been through and going through similar and how did you cope.

Sounds like you need bloods to check your thyroid function as pregnancy can affect it

I don’t have thyroid issues so I’d say get that checked.

But I have similar, I think it’s partly low blood pressure - I have low bp generally and I know it can drop in pregnancy so I often feel shaky and lightheaded, I can’t stand at the hob to cook something for example, I need to sit down. Drinking lots of water seems to help but my bloods came back fine for iron levels so I’ve been told it’s just one of those things with pregnancy and to eat little and often and drink lots.
Obviously I don’t know how thyroid issues may complicate it further.
