Hello everyone.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and last week my nausea sky rocketed.

I'm not vomiting but I am completely turned by almost all food. I can barely eat anything now, and I'm so uncomfortable.

Before this I was really eating well and balanced and following meal plans. Im just so worried, I just don't want to cause harm to little tummy bean.

Does anyone have any advice or had similar? Should I speak to the hospital about it?

My partner just doesn't get it. He thinks because I'm not throwing up I'm just being dramatic. I'm honestly quite upset that I might be setting everything up for failure 🥺 I feel so helpless about it.

I'm still taking my pregnancy vitamins, just before bed now x

Ginger sweets and not getting too hungry helped a bit. But ultimately drugs were the only things that actually worked. One of my pregnancies I was sick for the whole duration and also had to work and look after a toddler. Prescription from the doctor meant I could actually function.
