Pain in stomach after pooping

Hi

This is probably a bit TMI.

Im 28 weeks pregnant and everytime I go to for a poo I get a pain in central stomach straight after which lasts around ten mins its really uncomfortable and feels like trapped wind almost?? Has anyone else had this Ive been on google and nothing comes up apart from the worst case scenarios.

I had this a while ago! It was a really intense pain which felt like it was central uterus rather than bum. I called my midwife and she said it was peristalsis, where your body pushes down when you poo, even if you feel that you're not straining. All was fine on my last scan Deffo call your midwife if you're worried though
