Weird bulges (TMI but no pictures). Normal?

Ok. Probably a very weird question and feel free to laughGrin
The last time I shorted out my bush I got an ingrowing hair and painful cyst. So I've been letting it grow. It grew and grew and grew. With my bump I can't really see it anyways and my partner doesn't care. But I had to go to a medical appointment and I thought: right let's tidy it up so I don't scare anyone. So I did and underneath all that hair I found something I do not recognise. It's bulging and weird. My partners reaction was: it's just fat (didn't go down well) but it bulges much more on the left and wouldn't extra weight be more equally distributed? We tried to Google it but we're not getting far. It's not painful (no hernia) and it's not part of my womb (this starts higher up). It's very soft as if there is fluid in there.
I'm totally ready to embrace my new pregnant body but I'm slightly worried there's something strange going on. Do you think it's normal or should I ask the doctor?

Ask the GP. I did put weight on down the there and got awful deep ridged stretch marks there to, even before the birth.

Could be varicose veins, they go down after delivery usually
