Hi
Posting as I'm not sure what else to do!
Been off the pill since August but not actively trying (didn't even think anything had coincided with ovulation this month based on dates but obviously wrong!)
Period was 2 days late which is pretty normal for me since August anyway as hormones have settled. Grabbed a test on the way home thinking I would rule it out. Positive- as were the next four I went out to buy. Including the digital.
I feel stunned. This is not a bad thing, we obviously considered it before stopping the pill and we are in a good position life wise for this but I just feel stunned.
What do I need to do?
I've put in a request for a GP phone call tomorrow and I suppose I better cancel my horse riding lesson next week!

I had very similar experience. Stopped pill in Dec 2020, hubby & I decided if it happened it did, if not, we were still happy.
My parents came to live with us from March to May this year, found out in July I was pregnant, didnt even realise I was 10 days late until my work colleague asked if i was pregnant just because i said i was hungry at work. Now 26 weeks tomorrrow.

I rang my doctors but they said, they couldnt refer me and I had to do a self refferal on our local maternity matters website. Could only do it once you were 6 weeks though. That went off to our local hospital and had a call from midwife 2 days later to arrange a booking appointment which was done over the phone.

The gp sent me and email with a link to register with the community midwife team.
Also didn't realise until an app asked me if I'd forgot to input a period
