Severe painful bloating 3rd trimester

35 weeks & for the past month i am getting very painful bloating/stomach pain.. it lasts days at a time & is totally debilitating, can't even sit up when it's bad. its also keeping me awake at night because of the pain. it feels like my stomach is extremely inflamed. in between i've had a few 'normal' days but then it appears again... has anyone experienced anything like this? blood tests all normal

I have had this a couple of times. It’s got worse as the day progressed until in the evening I’m just lying on the sofa unable to move, wondering if there is something more sinister at play.
I’ve taken to having a tsp of ajwain seeds followed by water when I feel myself getting this gassy/bloated and it seems to be helping so far.

I am 37 weeks and SO OVER how many digestive problems I’ve had.

i'm sorry you've been suffering too... i am so over them too & just hope they go away after birth... i had no idea
