Hi everyone,
I recently got a BFP yesterday which means I'm around 4 weeks. Today I have woken up with a sore throat and coughing up yellow phlegm and feel blocked up in chest. I don't know if this is normal or some sort of viral/bacterial infection. I have to wait till tommorow to get doctors appointment but I'm in constant worry that if it is an infection its going to affect the pregnancy especially this early on.
Can anyone reassure me or has anyone been through this.

You’re way way way too early to worry about having things impact the baby. Sounds like you’ve just got a bug about you, it can happen because the immune system isn’t as good when you’re pregnant.
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Flowers

Uh poor you. I wouldn't worry in relation to the pregnancy, if you have a temperature you can control it with paracetemol and I can't see anything ekse would impact so early on.
