I'm an avid meal planner but really struggling at the moment, 7.5 weeks pregnant and totally gone off 'wet foods' and could just live on carbs and at a push, breaded chicken or fish.

Any meal inspiration? Or a place to share possible meal ideas whilst we're going through this tricky stage. Worried I'm going to turn into a potato... 🥔

Haven't got inspiration for you I'm afraid, as everyone's cravings and aversions are so wildly different, but I would advise to relax and eat what you can. The 1st trimester weirdness is usually only temporary, so don't beat yourself up if what you want to eat is less than ideal nutrition wise.

I had a few days when all I could cope with was apples and ready salted crisps. Nothing I could do about it, everything else was just not appealing at all. But as a general rule I've done pretty well with mediterranean flavours - feta cheese, olives, lemon, tomatoes. Tangy, fresh and bright.
