Hey I'm a little worrier I know that, but ever since I've fell pregnant (found out over a week ago) I've had my little worry head on, maybe its because we were trying for a full year before I fell, I don't know but since yesterday morning only on the mornings I've been waking up to this when I wipe, after going to the loo, yesterday there was a small blob of it and its a little less today but still worried any help please

Really common, probably nothing to worry about. Could be from implantation, could be due to extra blood in cervix etc, sometimes a blood vessel pops. I had the same at 6 weeks, called gp, they said to monitor. Got heavier (needed a pantyliner, not pad), brown, a bit red over the next week, so called again and got scanned at epu. All fine. No explanation given. It carried on until about wk 8, then I had a couple days spotting at wk 12. If there's a lot of pain or if you fill a pad in under 2 hours, you've got more to worry about. Try not to panic, it is probably innocent, but maybe call the doctor tomorrow to log it, ask advice.

Forgot to say, I'm now 19+3 and baby is still doing fine, but I remember the panic with every bit of coloured discharge. Try not to assume the worst, as difficult as that is!

How did you get on with this? I’m currently 6w5d and going through the same

@Sammies95x

Try not to worry, it might be absolutely fine, Ive heard stories where it can go either way! I hope your okay!

It didn't end well for me, I miscarried a week and a little bit after this, it hurt as we had tried for 12 months so thought this was our time, but clearly wasn't meant to be, we've stopped trying now as we're due to get married end of this year, so hoping it'll happen not too long after the wedding!

Sending positive vibes to yourself!
