Hi
I don't know what I'm wishing for but maybe someone has had the same experience as myself,
So I found out I am pregnant a couple of weeks back I've had a scan due to bleeding the first week this was red blood when going for a wee happened 3/4 times they said everything looks good they didn't say how far along I am but it's under 6 weeks,

Had my next scan on Thursday this was a a internal scan oh the pain, he checked everything and all was good and could see which would be the baby in the sac all was good and said progress was made,

Then the bleeding started yesterday red blood while at work I had a pad on (mini one) and I had to go home I had pressure down there, went to the toilet and passed two clots which I would say where like a dark brown colour but like discharge, and then more blood that I could only describe as stringy

Today there is hardly anything on a pad I've changed regularly due to keeping clean but I the blood dose not fill a pad at all.. I called the early pregnancy unit as they said call if anything, and as I was seen on Thursday they said they won't see me unless I fill 3 pads within an hour

Any advice? Or has anyone else had this? My next scan with them is on the 16th and I don't know if I can wait that long, would a digital test be a good idea in this case? This would be my second miscarriage if so but I can't remember much from then as that was 2015

So have the scans you’ve had/have got coming up been regular scans or extra one meat the EPAU? Also, I think you should tell them that the scan was painful as it really shouldn’t be and that might be a sign of something else.
I don’t think a digital test will be any better than a regular pregnancy test, and you can still test positive for weeks after a miscarriage. You need a HCG blood test as if you’re still pregnant then your levels are supposed to be keep rising at a certain rate. I’m surprised they haven’t offered you this. I’d call back and be more pushy. Filling more than 3 pads an hour sounds like a haemorrhage and I’d be tempted to go to A&E rather than them!

Thank you for the reply

So the early pregnancy unit scans are separate ones as such Ive not even had my booking appointment with the midwife yet that is Wednesday I was also meant to have a normal scan on the same day but the unit cancel it as it far to early (don't see the difference but)

i was being check due to bleeding the weekend I found out so I had one on the 25th then then Thursday just gone which went really well they said everything in the right place was a baby there but no heartbeat as it to early to detect jt, so I'm so confused As they where so happy with the progress and that is on my report that everything is good, I know thing can change but I have no pain only pressure down as I started bleeding but today nothing mainly when I wipe or have a wee (sorry tmi)

When I called the unit She just said if I can fill a 3 normal pads in a hour to go A&E, I just would rather know then wait 2 more weeks

I spoke to the early pregnancy unit this morning
Still nothing they can do till the 16th as I'm not heavily bleeding and not soaking a pad within one hour and there is no one their to scan today there open for phone calls
I explained about passing clots and everything else and she just said oh sorry.. it's more frustrating than anything and it's not my first miscarriage either
They have cancelled my booking scan now also which is a good thing as don't want to waste anyone time..

I didn't even sleep last night I think I had an hour then my 3 year old got up
