Taste in mouth!

Any ladies on here, before you got your BFP did you experience a weird taste in your mouth?

The only way I can describe it is as though I've a load of pennies in my mouth! Its like a rust/metallicy taste 😣 it's really grim, I'm on day 3 of experiencing it and today seems to be worse like before it was intermittent and now I can taste it more frequently today, eurg! This is not something I have ever had before.

It seems to have eased off now, very strange! I'm tempted to test today 😬 period due Wednesday, is it too early? I don't think I can wait much longer!

I had a positive 8 days past ovulation last time so you could try a test with a first response?

I'm 9 or 10 DPO today, I'll get a FRER when I go out later 🙂🤞

Let us know how goes! I’m getting the usual period twinges so I don’t think I’ve been successful this month.

I took a cheapy test this evening as I couldn't get hold of a FRER it was negative. Not sure if I'm testing too early! 😫

@allthingssparkly I took some cheap mommed tests and they were all coming back negative but I was absolutely convinced I was pregnant. I ended up taking a clearblue one (the blue dye one which makes a cross if you're pregnant) and it came back positive. I got a frer to confirm the next day since I don't trust blue dye and it was a very obvious positive. This was about 6 days before my period was due.

I got a positive this morning!!!!!
Still in shock as we only dtd unprotected once last month. Still haven’t had the metallic taste I had last time but an ridiculously constantly hungry and constantly have a watery mouth!

Positive appeared as I was weeing on the stick but going to try to test with a pink dye at the weekend
