Pregnancy belt suggestions

I'm 24 weeks and already suffering pgp, I'm seeing a chiropractor and midwife has offer physio referral but I remember I had a belt to support my bump on my last pregnancy. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I feel my bump is constantly pulling and my back and lower bump could do with the support. There's a lot online but personal recommendations would be nice.

Do you have a date for your physio appointment yet?
As I was going to buy one, but decided to wait until after my appointment to ask the physio for a recommendation. I’m glad I did as I was given one free by the physio!

Mine is has three straps with velcro, it looks hideous but has helped me a great deal!

I got a free one last time but was told (by the physio) that it wasn't very good. I could give it a go and get a free one I suppose.

I have this one from my first pregnancy last year. I'm pregnant again so luckily I still have it and will be using it this time around. It looks rubbish but it's so good😂 of course you can get belts where you have a strap over the top of your bump too.
