I recently found out I'm pregnant with no3 which came as a shock. I had the merina coil fitted about 3/4 weeks ago and I am 9 weeks along so Obvs pregnant before insertion. Has anyone been in this situation?
I also went for a scan yesterday to check baby and location of coil and the midwife said that it would be left in situ for the whole pregnancy. She said I shouldn't worry as she's birthed a few babies with the coil left in but I can't help but do so. Has anyone been pregnant with the coil where they have left it in and everything has turned out ok? Just looking for some reassurance and others experiences.
