Hey, I’m after some advice or if anybody has suffered this please tell me it goes away once the baby is born?

Since being pregnant I’ve suffered shortness of breath so bad. I’m already on clexane and no blood clot, bloods are fine so no iron issues, blood pressure etc also fine. (Seen midwife today) all I’ve done is gotten out of bed to open the door to her and I’m panting 😮‍💨! She noticed but wasn’t concerned which did slightly put me at ease.
Not every night but some nights I wake up breathing fast like in a panic, it’s so strange but it does settle and then I go back to sleep.
Should I do anything?

Shortness of breath is very common in pregnancy. I used to get out of breath just talking.

It's a mix of hormones, baby's position and having to work harder when pregnant.

Sounds a bit like you're having a mild panic attack when you wake, likely due to feeling breathless anyway.

Thankyou for your reply @Twizbe baby is currently breach, head in my right rib😬
I get out of breath just laying down, and he’s talking too.
It’s really not nice and makes me wonder will it all go away once baby is here?
Yes, I did think that. I wake up and shoot up because I’m breathing so heavy and fast it’s truely awful Sad
