I'm so upset! This morning I tested positive for covid - I'm 22 weeks pregnant today. I've had both vaccines, but my second one was less than a week ago, I wear a mask everywhere but still managed to get covid Sad

I feel fine in myself, no actual symptoms yet (unless more bowel movements is one) Blushwhereas my partner is extremely ill.

What were your symptoms and how did you get through covid whilst being pregnant??

I tested negative yesterday, and positive today so it's definitely early days!

I'm terrified that I might loose my baby or end up in hospital if I get really ill Sad

Don’t panic. I had covid at 37 weeks pregnant not vaccinated at all and luckily myself and baby were completely fine. I was just tired, I had the baby on my due date and she was a good weight so no early labour. Have you let your midwife know? Just so she’s aware, at 22 weeks baby is still quite small so that’s good for the room around your lungs not as much pressure. Keep hydrated and just rest as much as you can
