Itchy and now rash at 7 weeks

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I started itching really badly the other day. Doctor said it may have been pregnancy hormones and gave me an antihistamine.
Now I've woken up with this itchy rash all over my knees, hands, feet and cheeks. Does this look familiar to anyone? I'm going to ask midwife but worried atm.

I'm about 8 weeks and my skin has started to peel off like sunburn on the tops of my thighs, armpits and tops of arms. It's doing my head in, I've exfoliated and moisturised but zero effect. I started to get a red blotchy rash inside my elbow too, GP thinks it might be eczema (never had it in my life!!) So yeh, pregnancy is weird
