Bold:(Before i start.. I have done a covid test just to be sure and its negative thankfully!!)

So i'm just over 5 weeks pregnant with my second.

I know smell and taste can change during pregnancy but it is so intense this time already!
This may sound really strange but last week we went on holiday and I had one specific meal which was very strong flavoured. Since then, so many other things I eat smell and taste like that! Not sure if it was a specific ingredient and I am now very sensitive to it. Please tell me this is normal lol?!

Same!! I had a Sunday roast which tasted like soil. I am not enjoying my food at all. I walked in the office the other day and went "oh somethings off in that fridge" fridge wasn't even open and my mate was like "p
OH someones pregnant" 😆 I also did a lot of covid tests too to check.

@Fairy45 - how are you doing ? Are you still the same ?
This smell and taste I have just will not go! It makes my sickness and nausea so much worse. I’ve gone off food totally too but feel even more sick when I don’t eat Sad

Yea i taste some stuff fine and then sometimes it's all just very samey. I can't drink tea now as the taste of the milk in it feels so strong and knocks me sick! (It was decaf btw) just nauseous all the time and little to no appetite. Met up with a friend for the first time in a month last weekend and she was like wow have you list weight?? I'm thinking I probably have as can barely eat! How are you?
