Can't sleep

Hiya is anyone finding it hard to sleep I'm 5 weeks and can't sleep don't know it's it's nerves excitement it's driving me mad also I'm starting to show it seems a bit early lol

No issues with sleeping as such, although, waking up during the night to pee! I'm 9 weeks on Thursday and have a hard bump (second baby). Had to go out and buy dresses for work to hide it as they don't know yet!!

I only found out on Thursday felt ill fri think it was nerves but been ok last few days not much symptoms I got jeggings yesterday as my jeans were tight .
