Headaches early pregnancy

I am currently about 3-4 weeks pregnant but I am experiencing really bad headaches. Has anyone else had this and if so how are you dealing with it? Thanks

I've bee. The same I'm 4 weeks+5 and headache been terrible for about 3 weeks I've just been taking paracetamol and plenty of water x
