Can't bear dairy - other calcium idea

Anyone else throw up if they consume anything dairy due to morning sickness?

I've a feeling I'm probably in a slight calcium deficit as I'm hugely craving milk (which I don't ever usually drink)

I've read broccoli is a good calcium alternative, wondering what other ate to hit their calcium levels which morning sickness was getting in the way of the easy options

Ground almonds are pretty good- could add them to porridge made with almond milk?

I’m eating sardines I think has calcium in the tinned type as eat the soft bones- and green veg has higher calcium than dairy, also eating beans and nuts which are sources though I’m enjoying cheese still too!

Tofu (if calcium set), nut butters, seeds, fortified cereal, fortified bread (e.g. Hovis 50/50)

I’ve not eaten dairy for a few years. My main sources of calcium are: calcium set tofu (eg cauldron brand), leafy greens, almond nut butter, fortified plant milks. During pregnancy I’m taking a calcium supplement too (if supplementing calcium take it with vitamin d and at a different time of day to iron).

I was the same, milk tasted sour to me and really strong. I tried a plain sweetened soya milk, it's actually quite nice, its like a very very mild milk taste and I have been able to tolerate it in my cereal without issue.
