Sore nipples in pregnancy

Hi everyone. I just wondered if anyone has any advice on cream to put on sore nipples. I am 14 weeks pregnant with my first and I woke up this morning to really sore nipples. I wore a sports bra today but even that soft fabric has irritated them even more. I have put Sudocrem on each nipple under my pj top but I am just wondering if there’s a better product out there that I can use? Thank you!

Lansinoh Lanolin is the key brand. Sold in supermarkets, boots etc for around £10 a tube.
I had badly dry, cracked nipples at around 15 weeks pregnant and this worked a treat. It's OK to use while breastfeeding too.
Your midwife might be able to give you a sample.
