Every night I fall asleep, but it's very disturbed sleep, where I wake up at least once every hour, and I wake up so exhausted!

Been like this a week now, I thought I'd be able to sleep all weekend, but I can't! 😭

I'm so tired and have to work 10 hours tomorrow, any advice? X

I’ve been like that throughout my whole pregnancy, I think that’s pretty much just how it is unfortunately!

Some nights I’ve only got 2 hours sleep overall, other nights I manage to sleep 11-2am before I first need to pee. I usually get up about twice to pee, and maybe every hour or so to turn over.

I find that exercise in the day helps me to sleep longer, occasionally if I’m physically tired from the day I can sleep 11-4am before waking up to pee, then I’ll prob wake up again at 6 to pee, then go back to sleep until about 7.30 😊

Hope you find a way to get a bit more sleep!

I was like that during my pregnancy, I remember chatting to the midwife and she joked saying aww thats your body getting ready for when the baby comes. But I could hardly sleep at all.
