7 weeks and spotting with cramps

So I’m 8 weeks tomorrow and today I’ve had really bad cramps and pink spotting, on and off all day last time I went bathroom I wiped and a small clot was on the tissue (only one small one) I have had a miscarriage before (2013) so can’t remember much just the pain.. I’m just waiting for it to kick in.

I am (apparently) 7 weeks pregnant and I've been bleeding for 7 weeks. Period like bleeding sometimes really heavy and some clots. I thought it was a miscarriage but I had a scan yesterday and they said everything is fine but I have bruising in my womb which is causing the bleeding. Might be worth asking if you have the same? Fingers crossed for you x

I've also had very bad cramping and sometimes stabbing pains!

So had brown spotting this morning. So went a&e they did blood pressure which was 137 over 88 which is high for me, and they booked me in for a scan Tuesday. Coming back home and omg went super hot and dizzy and super sick..
