Positive test after miscarriage fear!

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks on 29th July and bled until 3rd August. Tests stopped being positive not long later. I had another period 27th August. I felt iffy last night so took a test (or 3 🙄) and they came back strong positive. How do you get past the fear of a miscarriage happening again?
I'm absolutely terrified!
I'm terrified of chemical because I'm not due on for 6/7days
I'm terrified of another miscarriage in general
I'm terrified of ectopic because of the strong positive at only 3 weeks 2 days
Basically I'm terrified of it all 😭
How do I make it stop 😂

I think after a loss the fear never goes away, at least it didn't for me. I had an ectopic & mc prior to my current pregnancy. I'm now 31 weeks & have been worried throughout but every day gets easier.

What helped me this time is having an early reassurance scan & seeing the heartbeat, something I'd never seen before. I also used the miscarriage odds reassurer pretty much daily in my first trimester. Those first 12 weeks seemed to last a lifetime, especially as I had a few scares with bleeding.

Once I got past 12 weeks I found things significant easier. There are still worries every day but since feeling movements my anxiety has eased. Having said that I still have moments where I feel like I'll never have a baby & something will still go wrong!

Try & do things you enjoy as much as you can to take your mind off the worry & take each day one at a time. Wishing you all the best x
