Coil removed now faint positive test.

Hi all. Not sure if I'm losing it but thought id get some opinions. I had my coil removed about 7 weeks ago and me and my oh have been trying to conceive since. As I'm not sure when I'm period is due (haven't had one since my coil was removed), I decided to do some tests yesterday and this morning, all coming back with what I think is a faint line. I've been dizzy all week, and generally exhausted. Not sure if I'm just seeing something I want to see.

You could well be, I got pregnant very quickly after having my coil removed, I had it removed in July 2020 and was pregnant in September 20 (unfortunately that pregnancy ended in miscarriage, nothing to do with the coil) then got pregnant again in January so fertility definitely goes back to normal quickly after xx
