Bleed and tested positive after?!

Has anyone had a bleed and tested positive after?

I know it sounds bizarre but I have had a bleed from 9th September until today and now its just stopped. Normally my periods are 5 days long.

I did test prior to this bleed and it was negative around 9/10dpo when I did test.

I'm not sure if what I had was a period or what, a short one if so!

I had a positive after a few weeks of bleeding which turned out to be ectopic :(. It doesn't sound like you've been bleeding long so hopefully it's just implantation bleeding but I would keep testing and keep an eye on things

Sounds like implantation bleeding.

@Chicca1990 So sorry to hear about your ectopic 😓 I'm not sure what's going on with me, it's just so strange that if it was my period why it was so short 🤷‍♀️

@LiseMH I have never had implantation bleeding before with either of my two previous pregnancies so not really sure how long that lasts for ect, but I suppose there is a possibility of it being that. I don't know whether I should be testing this coming week just to be on the safe side?

My periods are far and few so I never know how long I will be without them however when they come they always last 5 days and are quite heavy for the first 3 days. I started spotting pink and brown on Sunday, but not to the point where I had to wear anything, it was just when I wiped. It lasted 2 days and was the lightest thing ever. So I feel like it could be implantation bleeding! I'm going to test first thing in the morning.
