Aspirin and Omeprazole

ANOTHER omeprazole question haha

I take 150mg of aspirin I'm just wondering if I'm okay taking 10mg of omeprazole?

The omeprazole was prescribed before I was prescribed aspirin so I'm not sure if I can take it and I can't get in touch with my midwife to ask.. I can't handle another sleepless night due to heartburn and reflux x

Yes you can

I do! Aspirin was prescribed first with me so they knew I was on it when they added omeprazole into the mix.

It may be naughty but as all my dopplers have been good if I think I can only stomach (literally) one tablet I make it the omeprazole. I'm not advocating that as a standard thing but my logic is I can always take the aspirin in the morning if I've had a good night thanks to the omeprazole.

It’d be better if you asked a local pharmacist rather than randoms on the internet

I've managed to get through to my midwife and they're fine to take! ☺️☺️ x
