Hi all,
1st baby, took a long a long time to conceive, finally conceived with clomid on 1st cycle.
I'm 6 weeks now and no symptoms whatsoever.. I know this has been lots of posts about this before, but I just don't believe I'm pregnant!! Or that something is wrong.
No sore boobs, no nausea, none of the obvious ones... or non obvious ones, apart from the below.
I had a TINY amount of spotting a week ago (like once when I went to the toilet), with some cramps. I still get the occasional cramp now and again, just feels like I'm going to have a period.
I've done multiple pregnancy tests, last one this morning says 3+ weeks and pretty dark positive.

Let me hear your symptom or non-symptom stories please? In need of some reassurance 😔❤️

I've pretty much only been tired this pregnancy, with the occasional hit of nausea that only developed past 8 weeks. I'm nearly 12 weeks now. I had a scan just over a week ago that showed a wriggly baby that was exactly the right size for what I expected my dates to be. It's so hard the first trimester when there's nothing to show there's a baby there, but it really can be normal to have no to very minimal symptoms.

rttcbabyno1 · 13/09/2021 10:43

Everything was fine!!!! I'm unbelievable relieved, cried my eyes out. Little baby measuring 7mm and looks about right for 6-7 weeks. Little flicker of a heartbeat too ❤️❤️ Got another in a couple of weeks just to check on the progress. Feeling very lucky to have been able to get some so early. Xx

Congratulations! Glad to hear it went well! ❤️

SareBear87 · 13/09/2021 12:40

Oh @rttcbabyno1 I'm soooo glad it went well!
I've booked my scan for Friday this week when I'll be 7 weeks (or 6+6 - not 100% sure which day I Ov'd)

I'm hoping that they'll confirm a heartbeat- not bothered about being able to see anything, I just want a professional to tell me it's all ok! 🙈😅

rttcbabyno1 · 13/09/2021 21:22

Thanks so much @Shootingstar💕💕

Aww thank you also @SareBear87 💕 it was amazing, I really wasn't expecting to see a heartbeat, I know it's not all that common for early scans❤️ you'll be having a scan at pretty much the exact same time as I have. My scan pic says 6w4d, even though I'm seven weeks since the start of my last period tomorrow... god knows how they work it out!! I hope it's reassuring for you that I've still got no symptoms and everything's well 💕 it means so much to come out a professionals mouth that everything is ok, I know exactly how you feel! Xx

@SareBear87 how did everything go? 💕💕xx

SareBear87 · 17/09/2021 21:23

@rttcbabyno1 it was awesome!!! Baby is measuring 6+5 (I thought I was ~7, so not too out!) and has a really strong heartbeat. Feeling absolutely made up!

rttcbabyno1 · 17/09/2021 22:52

Awww I'm so happy for you @SareBear87, just a little bit of a reassurance was all we needed. I get a follow up scan also, just to check things are progressing, she insisted everything looked fine though. She gave me the option of 1 week or 2, I said I'd wait two weeks - keeps me going until the next one. I'm already sooo eager to see if little baby's grown 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻💕💕💕

I still have 0 symptoms..... counting down the days until scan on Monday again. Feeling like something is up 😞😞😢

SareBear87 · 22/09/2021 13:26

@rttcbabyno1 I'm sure it's all fine ☺️
You're probably just one of the lucky ones who don't get symptoms! I can assure you morning sickness is not fun!
Let me know how the scan goes xx

rttcbabyno1 · 22/09/2021 23:28

Thank you @SareBear87 ❤️ does that mean your getting morning sickness now?
I must be in the small minority of the population that doesn't get nausea, or something isn't right. I just want to feel like I'm having a normal pregnancy. My anxiety has just sky rocketed from this past year and not being able to conceive in the first place. I'll let you know 💕💕 thank you xx

I didn’t get morning sickness really. I had a little mild nausea around meal times and sort of didn’t fancy any food around 9 weeks I think but that was it. Some people really don’t get any symptoms xx

SareBear87 · 23/09/2021 16:24

I can't say it's what I expected. It more feels like I'm slightly hungover and just not feeling 100%. I've only been actually sick a few times and that has been when I haven't eaten (the irony!). I've found if I eat small portions I just feel off colour and it passes.
Sounds like you're one of the lucky ones!

Having a bit of nausea doesn't make me feel pregnant, just like I'm having a crap day! Xx

rttcbabyno1 · 27/09/2021 17:06

@SareBear87 everything was perfect today ❤️❤️ I'm now estimated 8weeks 6 days, so basically 9 weeks lol. Baby 20mm long 💕💕
We found out from the last apt that they thought the heartbeat was a little slow, which may be due to being so early, or a bad sign so they wanted to double check. Think they didn't tell me that due to anxiety, not sure.
Feel like I can relax now, I finally feel like im going to be a mummy 🥰
Also still no symptoms 😂 they say it's quite rare but they might come later for me.
So happy!!

Forgot to mention, nice strong heartbeat now, they said everything looks perfect, so I'm over the moon ❤️❤️❤️

@rttcbabyno1 that's wonderful news!!!! I'm so happy for you! You are definitely one of the lucky ones! I'm now basically throwing up after every meal (which is mainly consisting of toast or chips because I just can't stomach flavour!)
I'm so glad little one is doing well! It's lovely to hear! Xxxx

PCOSunfortunately · 26/01/2023 20:19

@rttcbabyno1 I know this post is very old! But was it a successful pregnancy? I'm 5+6 conceived with clomid with 0 symptoms and I'm so worried somethings up 😢 xxx

Following your thread, as I am currently experiencing the same lack of symptoms that you were. Delighted for you. 😁

SareBear87 · 02/01/2024 23:59

Mine unfortunately ended in a mmc but I did get pregnant on my next cycle and had a beautiful baby girl (who is now 14 months and full of beans!)

My symptoms were exactly the same for both outcomes. I was an absolute nervous wreck, even at 39 weeks when she just wouldn't stay still for 30 seconds!

I think next pregnancy I'll try to be more chilled. There is literally nothing you can do to get the outcome you want, and being so stressed had quite a negative impact on my mental health. I now wish I'd just enjoyed being pregnant!

Sending you positive energy x
