18+2 feel like something isn’t right

Hi

I’m currently 18+2 with my second baby. So far I’ve not felt any movement at all with this baby when I did with my first at 16 weeks. It’s hard to explain but it just feels like there is nothing there if that makes sense? My boobs have also stopped hurting, throughout my last pregnancy they felt like I had boulders strapped to my chest and hurt when ever I stood up, they were the same this time until about maybe 5 days ago. I just can’t shake the feeling that something is wrong but no one is taking me seriously, I had a routine midwives appointment last week where I expressed my concerns but she just said there’s nothing they offer at this stage. I’ve booked a private scan for Friday because I don’t think I can wait the almost 3 weeks until my anomaly scan. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I feel like I’m going a bit nuts, I haven’t been able to sleep last night and whilst I was sat there awake for hours I didn’t feel a single movement 😩 I did last time even with an anterior placenta.

Every pregnancy is different. If you stop
Comparing your last pregnancy to now you may find it eases the anxiety. You’ve booked a scan which hopefully will provide some reassurance. Fingers crossed all is well Flowers

I am 18+2 as well and absolutely don’t feel pregnant and haven’t for about 3 weeks...no movements, boobs are fine etc. I just feel completely normal but I am getting gradually bigger so I assume everything is fine! I have no reason to think there’s a problem, but other than getting slightly rounder also no real reason to feel pregnant at the moment! I’m sure everything is fine but hopefully your scan will help to reassure you 😊
