Has this happened to anyone ? Is that normal or is it cause for concern ? Can progesterone levels change like this, depending on the time of day you bad the blood test etc ? Or would you push for progesterone supplementation at this point ? HCG has been doubling just fine.

@mmhhhkkkk
Have you had any pervious miscarriages or anything like that.

I had a chemical preg once. Where I had a positive test at 12 DPO and the line didn't darken. 2 days later I started cramping and bleeding. Hence why I'm monitoring the levels.

Progesterone plays a really important role especially in the early stages before the placenta takes over. Ask your doctor or EPU for pessaries, and they should monitor your bloods for the next few days too.
Best of luck x

I had IVF and my progesterone levels were measured the day before transfer, then at 5 and 6 weeks pregnant and they were mid-30s each time and the clinic were happy with that, I took 800mg progesterone daily until week 12.

I've not had IVF but I'm at a private clinic to monitor my levels. Which was completely my choice: I'm just trying to work out if this is actually a problem or if they're just trying to get me to pay more money.
