I’m 34+4 and feeling so low. How do I know if it’s just normal pregnancy tiredness/hormones/stress or something more?

I had awful PND and looking back it started antenatal. I think maybe mention it to the midwife and keep an eye on how you are feeling Thanks

The difference between normal feeling low or antenatal depression is the symptoms are persistent, you may feel sad or overwhelmed every day or most days, not interested in your normal activities, and feel unable to cope or inadequate. If you are feeling like this and it persists for two weeks then its best to consult a mental health specialist. or talk to midwife or doctor.
