Lumps on bottom of bump

Hello, I’m 39+1 and I was just lying in bed rubbing my bump when at the bottom of it just above the pubic bone it feels all lumpy, lumpy as in small little lumps size of a 5p coin not like a hand or foot haha and when I was running my hands over them they hurt slightest, more uncomfortable than anything. I haven’t noticed them before and midwives have never picked up on it when they’ve felt my bump for appointments and to listen to baby’s heartbeat. Just wondering what they could be there’s about 3, my partner had a look too and he said they just look like small lumps but he’s not sure either! I’ve tried googling but with no luck!
Did/has anyone else experienced this? Just a little bit worried, first time mum here too so not sure what’s normal or not! Thanks :)

I'd phone triage if you're worried. They'll give you some advice or check you over.

I was up triage for reduced movements on Friday but I didn’t notice them then and they didn’t say anything then either when they felt to see where baby was, should I ring up again about these lumps?

Im no doctor but my first thought was maybe glands in your groin area being swollen. Are you feeling a little under the weather or have a cold or anything? Are the glands in your neck swollen at all?

The glands are normally in the crease where your leg joins your public area, so possibly in the wrong place, but being heavily pregnant everything is in the wrong place really!

Ahh im not sure if they’re glands or not, they’re on my actual bump they are like just below my belly button but just above my pubic bone!
I do have a little bit of a cold like the sniffles but nothing to the point that im feeling really ill! No my neck is okay and my legs too it’s just the hard lumps on my bump 😩
