Metallic taste in mouth

24 weeks pregnant and that horrible metallic taste in my mouth is back!

Any tips? I've tried eating all the time everything..

Ginger tea?

I had to have a smint in my mouth at all times for both pregnancies. Never had one since but they were life saving for the horrid taste. Tiny sugar free mints in little tic-tac- type box. Stock up! I used to do keys phone purse smints before I left house that’s how reliant I was on them!

Yes, minties helped me too.

Sipping peppermint tea was also great.

Red pepperamis cured me 🤣 or a healthier beef jerky, just look out for salt content it’s a cure all

Hey, I definitely had that horrible mouth taste thing every day for weeks, although I’d describe mine as if someone had sprayed deodorant or hair spray in my mouth so not sure if it will work the same for a more metallic taste but I found Haribo Tangfastics worked the best! It wasn’t permanent but anything super sour like that cut through the awful taste better than other things I tried (and I tried a lot). The sugar content did worry me a bit but for the relief they gave me, it was worth it and I just made sure to floss more often 😂.

I actually had some Tangfantastic the other day! They worked but only temporarily It's such a weird thing to describe to anyone who hasn't experienced it though, isn't it?
