3rd births

Hello!

Just wondering if anyone would be happy to share their 3rd birth stories (after my midwife reassuringly told me that 3rds are the trickiest!)

How many weeks were you when you went into labour- was your third the earliest?

What about length of labour- quicker/easier?

Wouldn't say I'm particularly anxious about the birth but some reassuring stories wouldn't go amiss 🙂

@Oodlesofdoodlescockapoodles well that was surprisingly reassuring! I had heard a couple of people mention it but tried not to take too much notice! My main thing is I don't want to go overdue as due on 18th December and really don't want to run into Christmas 😂 when are you due?

1st 39weeks 2hr 10min
2nd 39 weeks 55mins
3rd 38+ 5 4hrs
4th 41+1 4hrs

Ahh @burtle4 my son is a boxing day baby, hope you manage to avoid Christmas!!

Thanks all, a bit of a mixed bag (though obviously didn't expect a unanimous "easiest birth ever!" my first was awful (not complicated, I just totally panicked!), second very quick and not too bad, so fingers crossed this one won't be too bad! Time will tell 😬 32 weeks now so still a while for the nerves to really kick in!

But pleased to hear there's hope for a relatively easy time 🙏
