Any advice please
Been told today
My baby's brain and thigh bone is measuring small
I don't want to goggle

I’ve not been in this exact situation but I was referred with my first due to a ‘small head’ which turned out to be nothing, worried myself sick and saw fetal med consultant and he was not even the slightest bit concerned.

Have you been referred to fetal med?
There are various different measurements that they do for the brain, did they specify which is measuring small? If so, how small?

Had scan the lady said everything is fine
I went to the toilet and she called me back and said I just want to rescan you
Then I saw midwife and said
Thigh bone and brain is on the 3rd centile
And will rescan me in two weeks

These scans can be quite inaccurate so there’s that!

I initially got referred to fetal med because DD’s head was 10th centile, I freaked out and paid for private fetal med which put it on the 3rd, neither were accurate and the hospital fetal med was pretty nonchalant.

Anything from the 3rd up is considered normal I think, especially if your babe is petite overall. If they were super duper concerned you’d have an urgent fetal med referral xx

He was being a naughty little boy and wouldn't keep still so she had trouble measuring him anyway

My little her thigh bone didn't even chart - much less than 2.5 centile - they said as long as her growth was steady and she followed her own path then they were happy - she was born premature but she's perfectly healthy - her legs are small but she's in proportion and I'm only 5ft2 so they think she'll just take after me x

My best friend's just given birth and her measurements were all over the place...one week the head was measuring smaller than two weeks before. Then they said the baby was at least 7lb12 now and she should consider an induction before her due date as it was too big. she refused but went into labour 24 hours later and baby was barely 7lbs.

Honestly these scans are so inaccurate i wouldn't worry
