Sleep bags for pram or blankets? first baby

Help needed!

My first baby due in December so it will be very cold

I am wondering what baby will need for the pram... we have Cybex Priam with infant bassinet,

do I need a sleeping bag to put the baby in when in the pram or do you use blankets or other? I'm not sure why but I'm finding this information so hard to find on the internet!

I don't think anyone uses sleeping bags in prams although I suppose there's no reason not to. We used blankets in the bassinet and a weather-appropriate coat, or I'd use a thick snowsuit/pramsuit too depending on weather and what we were doing (although my DD was a summer baby so that wasn't wear appropriate until she outgrew the bassinet anyway).
