4wks twisted and now in a panic

Am four weeks so very early and I stupidly twisted round in the driver's seat to do up my toddlers car seat harness. I had a few dull pains afterwards - no more than a second or two each and now am in a panic am going to miscarry.

My husband tells me I'm over thinking it but can't stop worrying and worrying.

This is not what causes miscarriages. At the moment the embryo is probably about the size of a poppy seed, I’m not a medical professional but I have had many losses.

You're over thinking it massively.

Hugely overthinking it. Are you usually so anxious?

Twisting doesn't cause miscarriage.
