Hi I've just found out I'm pregnant I'm 4 weeks. Since I've found out I can not sleep for the life of me.
I wake up with dead legs so I'm tossing and turning all night !
And then I'm worrying about my belt and if I'm pulling anything where I'm moving so much !
This is my 4th baby and never been like this before ! Is anyone else the same ? Thanks xx

I'm 5 weeks and I've been the exact same since I found out at 3 weeks 4 days! I don't know if it's nerves or just genuinely being uncomfortable but I haven't been able to get into a deep sleep at all. Have actually been keeping my partner awake from all my tossing and turning! 🥺 hoping it eases soon for us both as it makes getting through the next day much harder! Xx

@Susan1991 @xomum I have been tossing and turning since a week into my TWW. Because im not comfortable I find myself waking up at 5am most mornings. I feel so sorry for my DH.

Far from ideal but this is my first pregnancy so maybe this is my thing 🤷🏾‍♀️. I'm just trying to focus on having a healthy pregnancy and DC at the end (due April 26th 2022 but I have a few weeks until my proper dating scan)

It's my first too, I was thinking the same! That this is just gonna be how I am 😔 I'm hoping that a pregnancy pillow etc may make things a bit more comfy! Partner thinks it's far to early to need one though lol! I'm due on the 20th April I think! Xx

I've just taken a pillow from the spare room to see if it helps. If it does i will be getting a pregnancy pillow. Personally as we are the ones feeling discomfort only we can decide when the time is right 😊
