Moles in Pregnancy

I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant and noticed a few mole like spots inside my belly button. They have never been there before. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar during pregnancy.

Could they be skin tags? I have had loads appear under my boobs and on my bikini line during the second trimester

Don't know how to post a photo, this is the spots. Looks like moles, don't think they were there before pregnancy and haven't got any other moles

I got loads if these (as well as skin tags) in both of my pregnancies and they just fell off in the end! Very weird but they didn't hang around for long.

These are actually warts. V v common in pregnancy

Yes, common to get more skin tags and moles-the placenta makes melanin, the skin pigment.

Did you see the pic I attached in my last comment? They look like moles and I saw a doctor today who said she hasn't seen them before so couldn't say much. But your comments are making me feel better.

I got lots of moles, freckles and skin tags and changes on moles I already had.

I went and got them all checked after baby was born just incase. One was removed so definitely worth seeing GP and getting them to take a look just to be safe.

Thanks for replying, was the one removed OK? All your replies have made me feel better, as I rang my midwife and she hadn't really seen any.

Yeah it was fine. Just on the turn so was worth getting checked and removed.
