How long do I need to hold my urine before taking a test?

Freaking out I took a cheap pregnancy test, 2 actually because I thought I dipped the first one for to long so did another and got rid of my pot never expecting it to come up positive and they both have a faint line! Iv got a FRER but how long do I need to hold before I test, I’m not even due on for another week and only DTD once 4 days before ovulation

Wait. You're more likely to get a false negative than a positive if you are pregnant. However, waiting won't change the outcome. Pregnancy is VERY long if you find out before your missed af. No outcomes change the later you test.

I'd wait a week.

I know it's hard but try and wait a few days. Saying this I know I personally wouldn't be able to control my self. I think it's 2-4 hrs the longer the better

Use your first wee of thd day, its more concentrated, but I'd still wait a few days, it will give you a more reliable result!

First wee of the day actually isn't more likely to give you a positive. You can test at any time of the day with the same accuracy. By testing early, you will be less sure of the result so will probably test again anyway.
