What were your first pregnancy symptoms

Hi ladies,
What were your first pregnancy symptoms other than a BFP and when did they start?
Did you have symptoms before AF was MIA?
Felt so nauseous and crampy like AF is on her way with a vengeance but still no show

Sore breasts - before my period was due. Much sorer than normal.

I get a weird taste. A bit metallic.

I didn't really have many. Just very tired, falling asleep much earlier than usual and no usual AF symptoms.

Feeling sick , sore breasts and the night before I did the test I just felt odd, my body felt so different, I just knew something was different

I felt like my period was going to start any minute. I also had (TMI) bits that were damper than usual.

I did tests really early. Like 5 days before I was due.

Felt absolutely exhausted, was weeing a lot,
implantation bleeding which I mistook for my period.

Couldn't sleep on my stomach, felt like I was sleeping on a satsuma. It was only 2/3 weeks so quite bizarre.

Really sore breasts

I felt a pulling sensation around my belly button and reallly sore boobs

Nauseous, weeing all the time.

Tugging sensations on one side and sore boobs were my first signs. This was after implantation bleeding had come and gone so I thought something was afoot.

#1 backache & period cramps
#2 stuffy nose like awful hay fever. Took a test to check I wasn't pregnant before taking an antihistamine 🤷🏻‍♀️ may have been a total coincidence!

Cried over something I wouldn’t normally cry over so took a test 6 days before period was due and there it was a strong positive 😂

Dizziness and being really tired. The main thing was small flesh coloured bumps around my nipples that was the one that gave it away, I think I noticed those about four days before my bfp.

I was out of breath a lot

SPD/PGP.

Rollover in bed, realise my pelvis is crunching, get my feet to the floor, realise I can’t stand without assistance and warm up exercises.

That’s what prompts me to take a (foregone conclusion) pregnancy test.

First pregnancy my stomach felt like I'd been doing sit ups. Then had implantation bleed. This time it was sore boobs and feeling nauseous. Both times I also got mouth ulcers x

Metallic taste in my mouth with DC1. With subsequent pregnancies, I just knew I was pregnant before I could test - I felt subtly different hormonally in a way that I could recognise as pregnancy. With DC2 I wasn't actively trying to get pregnant, but I woke up one morning a few days before my period was due, so certain that I was pregnant that I got an early test that day and it was positive.

Blocked nose

DC1: Sore breasts, before AF
DC2: Didn't really have any very early on
Current pregnancy: Very uncomfortable cramping around 6-7dpo which lasted 2 days. If felt like period cramping but was far too early for that. I got my positive test at 9dpo (was testing earlier!). It must have been implantation cramps.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I am really bloated and uncomfortable and been so nauseous all day and I've had cramps that felt like AF for the last couple of days (5days late) I'm going to wait until the weekend before I take a test if still no AF.

Weeing more frequently. Mild sick feeling/ sore boobs. Tired

Exhaustion

Mine wasn't planned but I came to realise that what I thought were period symptoms were actually pregnancy symptoms. Tbey were quickly followed by nausea and extreme smell and food sensitivity, which altered me to the fact that AF might not just be late after all!

DC1 - insanely painful breasts, prior to AF. I had to sleep with my arms above my head for a few weeks and could only lie on my back. I could just about tolerate a sports bra.

DC2 - boobs didn’t hurt at all, but I had bad fatigue and hair loss.
