I'd say boy, it looks like a stacked nub. I think you're looking at the wrong bit, it's the bit below the arrow you've added.

@saywhatwhatnow thank you for the reply I thought it may be a little high so now can't tell if it's the long bit that looks stacked of the little bit under that!
