Second pregnancy- when did you start to show?

I'm only around 9 weeks and my belly is looking pretty round already! A neighbour glanced down at my belly a couple of times today as she was talking to me so I'm pretty sure she has her suspicions. I know it's bloating / womb growth and not the actual baby at this stage but I'm genuinely worried now about how I'm going to hide my pregnancy until the 12 week scan!

Has anyone had anything similar? When did you start to look pregnant? With my first I swear it was around 14 or 15 weeks.

I didn't really get a bump with my first till around 28 weeks but now second time round I started to develop a bump around 17 weeks and a lot of bigger this time also!

I was nowhere near as big with my second but then she was more dainty, my first was a bit of a bruised and I had polyhydramnios with him. This wee lady liked to tuck herself into my pelvis then when she got too big for that she would turn OA and sort of snuggle into my side and hide out that way!

I was definitely showing within the first few weeks. My first one I didn't show until I was around 30wks.
I put a lot of weight on after the pregnancy and my stomach is knackered, so I guess there's no muscle to hold anything in.
I also noticed my neighbour looking at my stomach a couple of weeks ago. There's no way I'm going to be able to keep it a secret much longer.

I'm 13 weeks with my second and I'm as big as I was a 20 weeks with my first. I have been bloated from about 6 weeks and I'm already in maternity leggings and oversized jumpers just to stay comfy. A colleague guessed I was pregnant at 9 weeks because of how round my belly was- I have also been totally shocked at how huge I am this time round. I'm exactly the same weight as I was with 1st pregnancy, just way way way more stretched tummy muscles. I keep comforting myself with the thought that maybe there more room for the little one to spread out and kick around?? ha ha

Congrats OP!

I showed much earlier second time round too. I was definitely considering maternity wear by the end of the first trimester. With my first, I think I started showing around 25 weeks or so.

About 11/12 weeks.

To me it was noticeable around 10/11 weeks. To others it was closer to 15/16 weeks.

About 15 weeks with this one and I was well into my 20 weeks before it was obvious with my first, really shocked a colleague who'd previously been on long-term leave when I was showing a 20 week scan pic to someone else as she's not noticed my (apparently titchy!) bump yet 😂

This one I've felt bigger all the way through but I'm measuring smaller, work that one out.

I'm almost 12 weeks and definitely feel like.its noticeable I'm pregnant. Again I know its bloating (and possibly a bit of over eating!) I can only wear loose clothing or else I'm uncomfortable.
I think with my first child I only started showing after at least 20 weeks, may well have been later.
I also just feel bigger all over this time, whereas first time round I didn't put on any weight, apart from the baby obviously..

It looks like I'm not alone then! I put maternity jeans on this morning, just couldn't face the battle any longer! Also put on a stone and have moved from a b cup to a d cup with my bras already.

I joked the other day that I started showing as soon as I peed on the stick this time round.

It was hard to hide from about 11 weeks and I was in maternity jeans by 15. I'm 23 now and not far off how big I was when I gave birth to my first (admittedly early, at 36 weeks).

I didn't show at all with my first until the end of the second trimester and it's really taken me by surprise this time both how big I am and how pregnant I feel (backache, round ligament pain, fatigue - I'm a picture!)

I've put on LESS weight this time too but I'm sure I'm eating the same, maybe more as been WFH. But you can still see my cheekbones whereas last time I had a proper moon face and several extra chins by now. Isn't it weird how it's different second time but not how you necessarily expect? My skin is dire this time too and they're both girls so can't blame the sex difference theories.

I could tell from about 8Weeks when I’d bloat on an evening but I’ve got a proper start to show bump at 20weeks. Depending on what I wear it can be obvious, but I can still hide it and have many colleagues who don’t know!
I’m quite small though, and I had super spotty skin early on from hormones
